Applied Intelligence Solutions, LLC (AIS) is the
sole owner of the information collected on this
site. We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise distribute
this information to others, except as disclosed
in this privacy policy.
Information Collection and Use
AIS collects your personal information only in the
following cases: When you submit your application
to become an AIS Partner, AIS requires your company
and contact information, type of business, sales
and service information, and possibly other information.
When you enter into one of AIS' extranets, AIS receives
your User Name and Password from the extranet database
and uses this information for automatic authentication
of your account. When you send a message to any
of AIS’ contacts, AIS receives your name and
contact information including email address as well
as information you provide in the information fields.
When you submit a FAQ to our Technical Support,
AIS receives your name, company and contact information
as well as information you provide in the question
field.
Usage Log
AIS web server automatically
receives and records information on our server logs
from your browser, including your IP address and
possibly domain name, along with the page you requested.
IP addresses are not linked to 'personally identifiable
information' - data or facts that would reveal your
identity. We may use IP addresses to analyze trends,
administer the site, track your navigation of the
site, and gather broad demographic information for
aggregate use. This information does not indicate
the identity of particular users. AIS may use your
information to fulfill your requests for its products
and services, and to contact you with information
about such products and services. If you do not
wish to receive information, simply reply to any
emails with 'Remove' in the subject field or send
an email to webmaster@aisllc.com and ask to be removed
from our database.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
AIS does not sell, rent, lease or otherwise transmit
or distribute your email address or other personally
identifiable information to anyone except certified
AIS partners, and in such cases where:
- We have your consent to share the information
- We need to share your information to fulfill
your request for product or service
- We are required to provide such information by law
- We find that your actions on our
web sites violate any of our usage guidelines and/or
rules for specific products or services.
Changing or Deleting Your Information and
Preferences
You can update your information in our evaluator,
customer or partner extranets at any time. Simply
submit any changes to webmaster@aisllc.com and you
will receive a confirmation email when the changes
are complete.

or privacy practices of such other sites. This privacy
statement applies solely to information collected
