Jim Dixon, President and CEO
Jim brings more than 20 years of technology management experience to his role as president of AIS. His expertise in technology development, operations and marketing, are invaluable to this leadership role. Prior to joining AIS, Jim was senior vice president of product management and information technology at Forseon Corporation where he successfully launched and managed a new strategic business unit that developed advanced software products for large retailers.

Jim is an active conference speaker and panel participant on the subject of technology and its impact on the retail industry. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Retail MIS Executives, a non-profit industry association, and Charter Data Systems, Inc., a leading provider of software for the retail industry.

Pavel Zelinsky, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Vice president and chief technology officer Pavel Zelinsky brings 20 years of expertise in the research and development of cutting-edge software technologies that have become standards in the financial and postal industries. In his current role at AIS, Pavel’s skill as a visionary, mathematician and business principal is well suited to leading an international team of scientists through the conceptualization, assessment and deployment of AIS best-of-breed software solutions for the retail enterprise. Prior to AIS, he served in key senior management roles at Parascript, LLC, defining new technologies to support the corporate growth strategy and was the primary technical contact with accounts including NCR, Unisys, Lockheed Martin and Elsag. As the president and founder of Kokom International, Moscow, Russia, Pavel developed new business and technology solutions for Borland International products Quattro Pro, Paradox and Norton Commander.

Pavel has published 12 scientific papers in the areas of computer science and mathematics, holds two patents for the development of pattern recognition software and has an additional four patents pending in the development of human behavior emulation computer sciences. Pavel holds a master’s degree from Moscow State University with specialization in applied mathematics and computer science. Pavel also earned his MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
